DNS Setup
info
This guide is not applicable if you run a self-hosted UniTrust deployment.
What is DNS and why do I need to do this?
DNS (Domain Name System) is a system that translates human-readable domain names (like example.com) into IP addresses that computers use to identify each other on the global network. You can also point domain names to services you are not hosting yourself, such as UniTrust instances. This is useful for branding and trust purposes, as it allows you to use your own domain name instead of a generic one that Impierce provides.
How do I enable it?
In UniTrust, go to Settings > Domain Linkage and follow the setup instructions.
